Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in 1980. The actress was born in Huntington Woods and raised there. Bell is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier and Tom Bell. She is the daughter of a Polish and her father is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen was already a talented entertainer at an early stage. In 1992, she appeared at her first audition, and was able to win the role of Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell's mother established her with an agent prior to her turning 13, and she got her first role in television advertisements for newspapers and commercials. In addition, Bell started taking private acting classes. Bell had a small uncredited part in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell participated in the Drama and Music Club at Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz was staged by her high school and she won the part of Dorothy. After graduation Bell moved into New York City to attend prestigious Tisch School of the Arts and was a musical theater student. in 2001 Bell left university to portray the character as Becky on Tom Sawyer. In the same year, she starred in Pootie Tang However, the scene where she played the role was removed. As a result, there is only a credit sequence. Bell made her debut in 2002. Bell was on her first Broadway production of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
